Aspiring Leader Programs
Leadership Development for High School Students
As a young adult, developing a sense of identity and forming new ideas and opinions is critical to being more independent and self-reliant. Successfully interacting with peers, teachers, coaches and family can often present its own challenges. By growing in self-awareness and improving communication skills and mindsets, aspiring leaders will become more confident, competent and capable, unlocking their full potential as leaders.

The Aspiring Leader Series includes four, six-session programs, Communication I, Communication II, Leading Yourself, and Leading Others. Mike Nally, Founder & CEO of Nally Ventures
- 30 years of experience as a Leadership Coach
- Spent 15 years in corporate and real estate environments, ascending to multiple corporate executive positions
- Former Army Ranger
- B.A. in Military History from University of Maryland
- M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University
- Serves as a board member for multiple local non-profit organizations
Jen Walls, Marketing & Educational Program Manager
- Program Leader for Aspiring Leader Programs
- Curriculum developer, facilitator, and administrative support for Adult Training Programs
