Mike Nally, Founder and CEO
As a former Army Ranger and current entrepreneur, Mike brings an informed and motivational perspective to every client he serves, blending his passion for developing the next generation of responsible leaders, his military experience, his advanced education, and his corporate and industry expertise. Conor Nally, Director of Real Estate IT Solutions
Conor is a University of Delaware graduate and has experience in the environmental development and construction field. He oversees and works to grow all aspects of our real estate, development, financing, construction and property management ventures. As a commercial realtor for the Nally Group at Keller Williams Realty and an Ocean View, Delaware local, he offers a unique perspective to help clients identify the right investment opportunities.
Jen Walls, Program Director
Jen is our first line of client outreach and service, handling curriculum development and design (a perfect fit for this certified secondary education teacher), business development, and marketing as well as providing on-site support for client training sessions.
Macie Parcells, Project Coordinator
Macie and her "let's get it done" mindset keeps our office - and all of us - up, running and productive. She manages our business processes, budgets, and accounts payable and receivable with the right blend of business sense and entrepreneurial spirit.
Owen Nally, Project Manager
Owen is a University of North Carolina Wilmington graduate with a BS in Environmental Science and a minor in Geospatial Technology. As a Project Manager, Owen's passion for utilizing technology is a valuable addition to enhancing our real estate solutions.
Molly Crum, Digital Marketing Specialist
Molly is a University of North Carolina Wilmington graduate. With a bachelor's degree in communication studies and a focus in integrated marketing communication, she has the know-how to effectively build and communicate the Nally Ventures brand! Molly focuses on graphic design, social media coordination, and website management.
Luke Payne, IT Specialist
Luke is a part of the project management team and supports our real estate IT integration and implementation clients.
